- Personalized/custom jewelry (including engraved or custom-made pieces) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.
- We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
