    • Personalized/custom jewelry (including engraved or custom-made pieces) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • You will receive a confirmation with instructions on how to return the item(s).
    • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility:
    • Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Non-refundable Items:
    • Jewelry that has been worn, altered, or damaged by the customer.
    • Sale or clearance items.
    • Custom-made or personalized pieces, unless defective.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We will provide a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.

5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is defective or we made an error in processing your order.
